How Students Can Stay Fit

Nowadays students pass their most of the time in TV and mobile phones, and also they spend their lots of time in just sitting.
So it is very necessary to take some steps to stay healthy.


Step 1

Drink More Water. It will be helpful for brain.

Step 2

The Most Important and Healthy Habbit For a student is To Do Yoga And Meditation.

Step 3

Try to eat more meals which is made at your home. 
Try to Eat with your Family, Because 
  • Meals become more nutritious.
  • We can eat more fruits and vegetables.
  • The portion sizes are smaller.
  • More time to spend with each other & talk this reduces stress and tension.

Step 4

Be more active.
Few best activities that the student should actually do. Remember to get at least 60 minutes 
 of physical activity each day. Here are some of the benefits from regular activity: 
  • Helps to Sleep better at night
  • Helps to Strengthen bones/muscles
  • More activity helps Decrease in weight
  • Healthier heart and lungs functioning
  • Uplifts mood

Step 5

Decrease screen time to less 
than 2.5 hours a day. 
 What is screen time? 
  • Watching Television
  • Playing Mobile games 
  • Spending time on the computer or laptop
 Time spent in front of a screen is time not 
 spent being physically active. So turn off Your phone and get out to play!

Step 6

Eat healthy Breakfast and Lots of vegetables, this will improve your immune system.
Avoid normal Tea, use Green or herbal Tea.
